Mail failed to deliver when submission address with unique ticketing turned on


  • Emails fail to deliver when a client attempts to send an email to a submission address and include CC recipients to other internal email accounts.

    Please advise if there is any suggestion to solve this issue

    What does the SMTP-(in) log state when the sender submits the message to the submission address and CC recipients?  The default log directory should be \MDaemon\Logs and can be verified by opening MDaemon and selecting Setup > Server Settings > Logging > Log Mode. 

    You can also pull up parsed SMTP sessions by opening MDaemon, select Queues > Queue and Statistics Manager, select the Log Page tab, click open, and select the MDaemon-YYYY-MM-DD-SMTP-(in).log file on the date the message was sent.  This will parse out all incoming SMTP sessions in the Queue and Stats Manager.  Double click on any entry to open the SMTP transaction.
