Empty emails

Hello there, After the last update i am facing the same problem with 5-6 users.
When they are sending an email the recipient receives an empty email. Even in the user sent items the email it is empty.
I have tried to solve the issue by removing and reconfiguring the email account, repair microsoft office but no success. Any suggestions? Thanks

What version of MDaemon are you using?
What email client are you using to send the emails?

I want to add that I'm also experiencing this with 2 users since updating to version 21. Both users have Outlook 2016. However, the majority of our users are not experiencing this.

Are you using MDaemon Connector? If you are, what version are you using?
If you are using MDaemon Connector 7.0.2, there is a known issue that we have fixed for MDaemon Connector 7.0.3 which is currently in beta.
If you'd like you can join the beta team and install 7.0.3 on the machines having the issue. This will help us to verify that our fix addresses the issue for you as well. Or if you would prefer you can downgrade to MDaemon Connector 6.5.2. You'll have to first uninstall MDaemon Connector 7.0.3 and then install 6.5.2.

We are using outlook connector 7.0.2, mdaemon 21.0.0 version and Microsoft outlook 16.
