Hi,
MDaemon running on a Hyper VM behind a Sopho firewall.
MDaemon is version 21.5.0 250 users.
Mdaemon is activated and has 202 days before the expiry date.
On and off it will pop up this message and the POP/IMAP/SMTP and other services are disabled. I have to use remote admin to restart the services. After that, it will work.
I do not understand as our MDaemon is activated and we have no such issue before.
Please help.

We check the connection from the Mailserver to https://services.altn.com/usage.ashx and there is no block.

Please advise.

What version of MDaemon are you using?

When the issue happens, is the MDaemon service running?

In a private email to arron.caruth@mdaemon.com can you send me your registration keys along with a copy of your current mdaemon\license\license.xml file.

Can you also send me all of your MDaemon log files for a day when this issue occurred?
