Since many months ago, when we reply an email (with attached files) from a mobile phone to another account inner same company, the recipient receives this email without attached files. We can see in sent folder that this email is an eml file, but recipient never receives that eml.
We dont know if this is similar to https://lists.altn.com/WebX/.59862f97 Thanks

We are setting up ours accounts according to the default protocol: https://support.google.com/work/android/answer/9412194?hl=en here we can't change any setting on the devices, the client's behavior is out of our control. This Issue is happening in all our devices, whether it is a Samsung device or Huawei or Bq, etc.. Is possible that we should use other software as email client manager? If this is an option, could you recommend us one? Really, this issue is a big problem for us, because the user can find out the email correctly sent in his sent email folder, with an attached file .eml, however all the possible recipients don't receive any attached file. We can't understand how this behavior is only happening to us and no ones else has said anything or report this problem. We have to fix this issue as soon as possible, our business need a very reliable mail server-client software, we can't afford to lose information in our conversations between clients, providers, partners.. I hope you can understand how is the important to solve the problem. Thanks for your time.

My apologies, I missed your message.
I misunderstood your previous messages, I didn't realize that when the recipient received the message that the EML file was no longer attached. When you send one of these messages or a remote recipient, if you freeze the remote queue and check the message using notepad, is the EML file still attached to the message?
If you send one of these messages to a local recipient, freeze the local queue and check the message using notepad, is the EML file attached to the message?
If you view the test message in the local or remote queue and there is no attachment, then we need to look to see what in MDaemon might be removing the attachment.
If you view the test messages in the local or remote queue and the attachments are still present, then you can look at the messages in the recipient's email client to view the source of the message. Is the attachment still present and just not being shown by the client or is the attachment missing?
There are a number of 3rd party mail clients available. K-9 Mail seems to be popular, but I don't have much experience with it.
