Active Sync messages don't show

Outlook 2016. Active sync has been working fine. this morning no messages show up. In any of the folders. I can see the mail on the server. Feel like a setting but neither my partner nor I can find it.Thanks,

When did the issue begin happening? Had any changes been made to MDaemon or the server when this started? When you state you can see mail on the server, are you looking at the user's directories or are you able to login to webmail? Or both?

Which version of MDaemon is running? Are you seeing any errors in the Application log of the Windows Event Viewer or in the MDaemon-YYYY-MM-DD-System.log when the issue occurs? The logs folder can be found by select Setup / Server Settings / Logging / Log Mode.
