When replying to a message Behavior

  Hi, 

   

  Clients are having long email chains inside one thread and each time they reply the email thread is exploding because each new message is prefixing with a vertical line and intenting. 

   

  I understand this is because of the settings that is selected "Prefix each line of the orginal message" but even if we use "include original message text". This does remove the lines and intents but creates a new entire thread on the inbox every time someone sends a new message in that thread.

  I'm not sure I'm following what you eman by "creates a new entire thread on the inbox every time someone sends a new message in that threat", can you provide some additional details?  Can you post a screen shot that shows what is happening?
