Problems with Activesync+Calendars+Outlook

    We recently upgrade to 23.5.2 and since then we have some problems with the activesync service.

    For example two accounts with shared calendars, all works fine in webmail (we see the shared calendars, appointments, real-time upadte, etc). We configure same accounts in Outlook, it shows local and shared calendars but the shared one is empty, doesn't show the appointments and doesn't update any change made in webmail. The local calendar works ok and is synchronized with the webmail without problems.

    Is there any new settings or something in this new version that we must configure to work as in the previous version (21.5)? Any idea of what's wrong?

    If the client is running Outlook version 2401 or 2402, you'll want to disable updates in the File > Office Account > Update Options menu and run the following command in command prompt to roll back to version 2312 as there is an issue with 2401/2402 regarding Exchange/ActiveSync accounts in Outlook.

    "C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ClickToRun\officec2rclient.exe" /update user updatetoversion=16.0.17126.20132

    If this version doesn't apply to you and the shared calendar appears fine in Webmail, we'd need to review the AirSync-YYYY-MM-DD.log on the day the issue appeared, was noticed, and/or had the calendar shared with the account.  The default directory for MDaemon logs is in the \MDaemon\Logs folder.  You can attach it along with details of your issue (account name, client type, etc..) in our support request form.  If it's too large to attach, try compressing the log in a zip/7z container file.  If it's still too large to email, let us know in the support request and one of our technicians can give you a link to upload it to us.
