I was wondering if there was any changes on this I did not find any paper work and would seem as something fairly trivial to modify on the software

It's getting more urgent as time goes by as more bots appear to reacting to this message and switching to full emails when the message is passed.

MDaemon Update - Installer fails yet states update completed successfully - 09:40pm Sep 30, 2016 CDT - Due to recommended execution restriction for .exe in %localappdata% and %appdata% folders and sub folders Mdaemon is unable to execute the downloaded file yet the installer does not fail due to this restriction. This will trigger an 866 event in event viewer.

I've notice on our mail server more spammers starting to use full email address rather the the traditional mean of a user name and password for SMTP out.

We are noticing that the MDeamon is nice enough to tell the offenders that they must use full email address in the the 535 response. Concerned with the idea that an offender maybe checking the packets to see if there attack is working we are giving them more help then they should be entitled to...
