Subject: [md-support] Viewing ActiveSync in Realtime

I guess I missed the change, but it used to be that I could watch Activesync activity on the WorldClient tab, but now it’s no longer there.

The log viewer is way too slow for this purpose.

MDaemon reports flagged as spam - 02:35pm Jun 22, 2017 CDT -

What version of MDaemon are you using?

Are you wanting to not filter local messages or do you want these messages to just not score high enough to be flagged as spam?

Do you have MDaemon configured to filter mail from local sources?  This is found under Security / Spam Filter / Settings.

Can you post the log snippet from the AntiSpam log that shows the message being filtered?

Subject: [md-issues] MDaemon reports flagged as spam

Subject says:
[***SPAM*** Score/Req: 9.0/5.0] Mail Statistics Summary - domain.com - Wed, 21 Jun 2017

I restarted the filter.

How to fix this?
If can't, I guess I'll turn off the Spam Filter...

How do emails land in SPAM No folder? - 07:42am Jun 23, 2017 CDT -

Actually, I may not need your INI files.

Edit Cfilter.ini file in the MDaemon\app directory and change the following value:

[SpamFilter]

UpdateHamFolder=No

Save the file and then restart MDaemon.  Are outbound messages still being saved to the Non-Spam folder?

Are the messages in the Bayesian Non-Spam folder messages addressed to local users or are they messages sent by local users?

Hello,

Not sure if this may have been the cause of the issue but. I was following the settings here: http://www.altn.com/Support/KnowledgeBase/KnowledgeBaseResults/?Number=1144

I'm guessing something there is the cause because now, messages are being copied to the "SPAM No" folder.

To troubleshoot, I set the Spam filter Settings ) Do not filter mail from ) "Local sources" but that didn't help...

OK
