What are you using to determine when ActiveSync is started?
ActiveSync can be running but it is not loaded until it is requested. When it is in this state, a red dot appears on the icon for ActiveSync in the servers section.
If you restart MDaemon and then open a connection to the ActiveSync server it should get loaded immediately and the red dot should go away.
The red dot has been removed for MD 20.0.0.

Subject: [md-issues] Actiovesync doesn't run anymore after upgrade 19.5.5
Thank you for your answer Aaron,
Setup / Mobile Device Management / ActiveSync shows "Votre licence ActiveSync est valide" so a valid ActiveSync license.
Then go to Help / Register your MDaemon software / ActiveSync, what is the registration status?
"MDaemon ActiveSync installé
Enregistré / Utilisateurs illimités
La période de renouvellement de votre licence est expirée.
Contactez sales_CH@help.mdaemon.com pour renouveler votre logiciel.
Support des fonctionnalités dans la version 13.6"
-> activeSync is installed, upgrade license expired.
If there is an error go to the MDaemon tab and click Update.
-> no update available

Same behavior : it take about 30 minutes to start, without any errors or so in either logs ...
So think about it : it last two coffee or more waiting
What do you think about it ?
With best regards,
