I removed step 8- Redirect WorldClientAPI requests to the worldclient.dll. Once I cleared the cache on Safari on my iPhone, it brings up a logon screen with an error. The error reads "there was an error loading this page: TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating (e.error) if you need assistance please contact your email administrator.

I am confused. Step 8 in 1236 is for a Script Map labeled WorldClientAPI. Step 13 is the URL rewrite labeled Webmail Theme. Are you referred to Step 13? Thanks

Right... my mistake... Disable 13 not 8. My apologies for being rushed about it. Step is definitely needed for the page to run properly.
We are testing a correction to Step 13 at present.

Thanks. After disabling the URL Rewrite ("Webmail Theme") and clearing the Safari cache on the iPhone, things seem to be working well again. Thank you for you help. Please let me know if you tested correction works.
