19.5 upgrade - Mobile Theme blank on iPhone browsers

Using IIS 8.5 to run World Client. I followed the config updates in https://www.altn.com/Support/KnowledgeBase/KnowledgeBaseResults/?Number=1236. Users report that World Client on iPhone opens now to a blank screen. On my iPhone, I was working fine using built in Safari until I did a Clear History and Website data. Same with the iPhone version of Firefox. URL for World Client is https://scooterscomputers.com, which takes the browser to https://scooterscomputers.com/webmail/logon, however that screen is blank. Any suggestions to fix are appreciated.

Chris,

Thanks for the response. I have been over all of the FAQs and triple checked 1236. Still a blank screen returned when using the Mobile Theme.

Hi Scott,

The URL rewrite rule in step 8 is redirecting every request to index.html. Including your asset.manifest.json and all the .js files that are required to run the page.

Please remove the URL rewrite rule from step 8.

I removed step 8- Redirect WorldClientAPI requests to the worldclient.dll. Once I cleared the cache on Safari on my iPhone, it brings up a logon screen with an error. The error reads "there was an error loading this page: TypeError: undefined is not an object (evaluating (e.error) if you need assistance please contact your email administrator.

I am confused. Step 8 in 1236 is for a Script Map labeled WorldClientAPI. Step 13 is the URL rewrite labeled Webmail Theme. Are you referred to Step 13? Thanks
