Hi,
We have a user keep on getting the message "Your account is still busy processing, please try again shortly." when trying to login to the WorldClient.

We have tried to clear browser cache, login in other computers, change WorldClient theme and all without success, user still getting the same error.

Please advice.

Hello,
 
This is going to be a server side issue.
 
Could you please send a copy of the Webmail.log from the time this happened and the name of the user offlist to jonathan.ehman@mdaemon.com.
 
After you've done that, please restart the Webmail server. You can do so in Remote Admin by going to Main -> Webmail Settings -> Web Server and clicking the "Restart MDaemon Webmail" button.
 
Generally speaking, this kind of issue may appear if a user has a long running message search or the number of messages in the account goes beyond a certain point.
 
How many folders does the user have, and how much memory is being taken up by the user's folder?
