Exchange Migration Need to Re-Migrate MailBoxes

Hi all!
  when using the Exchange Migration Tool: MDMigrator.exe [3.0.4.0 - from MDaemon 21.0.1.4 32Bit], there is no option to re-migrate a mailbox that has already been migrated. A re-migration is a common step in the process of moving mailboxes between servers. If there a config file or command line switch for MDMigrator.exe that would allow this re-migration? Thank you.
