Hi there,

After I upgrade MD21.0.1, we always ac-counter email been transfer to HOLDING Q, we need to manually release it then transmit the email. Usually the email contain attachment (Office attachment) and daily operation files.

Cyren anti-virus not work well compare lastime MD using Kaspersky, and the update also not aggressive to update latest virus in the wild

Sometime i send sample suspected file to Cyren website, they only reply and update next few days, that really bad services.

Getting worst after upgrade to v21.0.2, now totally OFF anti-virus inside MD

Which AV engine(s) is MDaemon configured to use?
 
If you are using ClamAV, please edit the ClamD.Conf file in the MDaemon\SecurityPlus\ClamAVPlugin\conf directory and set the following:
 
LogClean yes
LogVerbose yes
 
Save the file and then restart MDaemon.
 
Please send me copies of the messages from the holding queue along with the inbound SMTP, clamD and AntiVirus logs that show the message being received.  Also please send a copy of your clamd.conf file and if it exists a copy of your CTAVLog.Log file.
