Unable to Import Contacts into WorldClient

If I try and import a Contact.csv file into WorlClient and the theme is 'WorldClient' it just flashes and nothing happens. If I change the theme to 'LookOut' then I am able to import this same file.

Bug?

The issue you describe has been previously reported to our developers and has been fixed for the next major release of MDaemon (v20.0).

MDaemon Webmail (formerly "WorldClient") currently supports four different themes:
  • WorldClient
  • LookOut
  • Lite
  • Mobile

    From my testing using MDaemon v19.5.5, the MDaemon Webmail theme "Mobile" does not support the "Import" feature, and the import fails when using the theme "WorldClient", but I was able to successfully import the .CSV file when using the themes "LookOut" and "Lite".

    I suggest that as a workaround you select either the theme "LookOut" or "Lite" when performing imports of .CSV files containing contacts.

    Again, this issue has been fixed in MDaemon v20.0 which will be released before the end of next month (May, 2020), barring anything unforeseen.
