Activesync w/ Outlook app: Item Status: (6) : Conversion Error

Recently the few users that are using the Outlook app on their iOS devices started reported Calendar sync issues. Checking the logs I am seeing

Activesync is working on the same devices using the native apps (Mail/Calendar via Exch ActiveSync)

Any ideas?

I am seeing exactly the same issue with iOS Outlook.
Users are saying no new messages are beng received either, native iOS email app works fine with Exchange Activesync....

I was able to move the iOS users to the native apps.

The Samsung/Android users I was unable to get reliably working so they could view their calendar. I hope this will be resolved in a near-term update. I moved the Samsung users to IMAP in Outlook and they are SOL on Calendar until I can figure something else out.

User doesn't know there is a problem, it just asks them to put their password in.

It looks like this may be resolved. As of this morning I am seeing email in the Outlook app over ActiveSync on Android functioning.

Will be testing calendar and iOS but I hopeful.

Just Microsoft being Microsoft...
