In version 18.0 the right click menu commands to white list and black list from the Queues screen have been removed.

Can someone explain why and how can I add various mails in one click to the whitelist?

Hello Will,

We received feedback from a number of customers and partners to remove the right click menu options because  they were causing administrators to mistakenly add addresses to the lists which lead to poor spam filter performance.

My feedback is: please put it back and ask those customers/administrators to think before they click. That's always the best option.
