Outlook Connector 2.2.6 with Windows 7 64Bit and Outlook 2010

Good morning,
tried to install outlook connector on a machine with windows 7 64bit with Outlook 2010 however i cannot find the connector in the 'other' email systems.

I tried to install the connector from the users account on the domain that has full rights on the machine, using the run as admin option and also logged on as domain administrator. the installation is sucessfull however i still cannot see connector as an alternative email system.

please advise

As Robert mentioned, 64-bit versions of Outlook are not supported by Outlook Connector at this time, but 64-bit versions of Windows (running the 32-bit version of Outlook) are supported.

If you are running the 32-bit version of Outlook, however, has this happened on any other machine, or is this the only one? If it's the only one, is it the only one running Windows 7 64-bit, or are there any others? Also, what does the install.log file show under \Program Files\Alt-N Technologies\Outlook Connector\Plugin? That will show us if there were any issues registering the MDConnector.dll file that Outlook Connector uses.
